“AttrValue” is a string subtype indicating that the string should contain TaglessMarkup, but without any literal apostrophe (U+0027) or quotation mark (U+0022) characters.
Example content:
"The Man" & Capt. <Awesome>This subtype is designed for output as a single/double-quoted attribute value.
